It's a matter of time but it's safe to say that we hit the bottom at 10 cents, now we're sitting in the 20 cents value almost doubled then, in a few weeks and we have just started to follow the general trend, sitting at 300 sats.

Hive is still cheap for Bitcoin and Ethereum owners, wouldn't be rare to hit that 1$ then, the question is if Hive can hold that price (or a similar one), I have my doubts.
