Que importante que es escribir y utilizarlo siempre. No solamente para manifestar los logros, deseos y cotidianidades, sino también como terapia cotidiana. Debo confesar que soy más de hablar y ocasiones hablo mucho y digo poco; Pero cuando escribo como que soy más consciente de lo que estoy haciendo. Me llamo la atención lo de Bullet Journal.
