聽聽 Tener un ingreso "pasivo", no significa, que uno sea libre financieramente, ni mucho menos. Existen muchas formas de generar ingresos y esta, tan solo es una de ellas.
Bien amigos, espero que est茅n bien y si as铆 no fuese, solo piensen que "todo pasa". Esta es mi primera presentaci贸n, en esta comunidad (Be Entrepreneur) y desde que lo entreviste, a Miriannalis, siempre quise participar en la misma, para contar parte de mi historia, como emprendedor.

Educaci贸n, que fue un pilar importante, para lo que somos hoy en d铆a y de la cual, estoy eternamente agradecido. M谩s la impartida en casa, que creo, fue la m谩s importante.

I come from a very humble family with very few resources, but millionaires in love. Basic and public education is all that our parents could give us. Un d铆a, un cliente que me ten铆a mucho cari帽o, me dec铆a "Usted ser谩 exitoso, en la vida" y en esas charlas, me regalo un libro "Padre Rico, Padre Pobre" de Robert Kiyosaki. En mi enojo con la vida, no le di importancia y termino, en alg煤n lugar olvidado. Hasta que, un tiempo despu茅s, ingreso a "emprender" en una multinivel (Herbalife), donde el sistema educativo es muy importante. Estando ah铆, me recomiendan nuevamente este libro y por supuesto, el resto es historia. Primeramente, se despert贸 en m铆, mi amor por la lectura y sobre todo el desarrollo personal. Sent铆 que viniendo, de donde vengo, no debe ser un impedimento, para llegar, donde queramos.

I was working, under dependency and already with my first daughter on the way. One day, a client who was very fond of me, told me "You will be successful in life" and in those talks, he gave me a book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. In my anger with life, I didn't give it any importance and it ended up somewhere forgotten. Until, some time later, I entered a multilevel company (Herbalife), where the educational system is very important. While I was there, this book was recommended to me again and of course, the rest is history. First of all, it awakened in me my love for reading and above all personal development. I felt that coming from where I come from, it should not be an impediment to get where we want.
聽聽聽聽聽 Deje mi trabajo en forma dependiente y me independice (en el libro, ser铆a pasar de empleado a autoempleado), y sinceramente, me fue muy bien. Pude construir mi casa, compramos el auto (carro) e 铆bamos de vacaciones; Pero, siempre sent铆, que la vida me pasaba y no estaba haciendo, lo que me hac铆a feliz. Llegado la cuarentena y ante la imposibilidad de seguir con el negocio, comenc茅 a buscar alternativas y la construcci贸n, de este departamento fue una alternativa genial.

I left my job as a dependent and became independent (in the book, it would be going from employee to self-employed), and honestly, I did very well. I was able to build my house, we bought a car and went on vacation; but I always felt that life was passing me by and I was not doing what made me happy. When I was in my forties, and faced with the impossibility of continuing with the business, I began to look for alternatives and the construction of this apartment was an alternative.

Para no hacerle el cuento tan largo, quiero concluir, primero agradeciendo a mi familia, por el apoyo de siempre (siempre, debemos agradecer) y segundo, decirles, que si est谩n dudando en arrancar algo, no duden m谩s y adelante. El universo nos est谩 observando todo el tiempo y qu茅date tranquilo, que te pondr谩 trabas para probar tu car谩cter y convicci贸n, pero te dar谩 las herramientas, para que lo consigas.
