Amidst the unfinished buildings and the sturdy, brightly colored houses, life felt so real. There were no gadgets, no screens, just togetherness and laughter flowing freely. Every shot of the shuttlecock that sailed through the air was greeted with a small cheer, sometimes accompanied by laughter when it failed to catch. The game was simple, perhaps even far from perfect. But therein lay its beauty. They didn't care about rigid rules or correct technique. What mattered was the joy of playing together, chasing each other, and enjoying the carefree time. In another corner, several children simply sat, watching, occasionally joining in with laughter.
