INTRODUCTION

Comrade Yakubu Musa Pada is a human, social rights activist and a Librarian and Information Scientist by training. He is very much interested in curbing local societal vices such as the illicit consumption of a locally brewed ''goskolo gin'' in his local community of Tudun-wada in Jos, Plateau state Nigeria. He also aspires to see a successful Tudun-wada community where the youths will be gainfully engage in various SMEs and a ''goskolo'' free Tudun-wada within the shortest period of time.
