Even this working week is coming to an end, stay only tomorrow morning and then it will finally be the weekend!
This weekend I thought I'd do some gardening.
Yesterday, as you can see from the photo I put on the cover, we made a marble shelf with my father for the wood-burning oven and I also started cleaning the garden a bit, pulling out the first weeds.
There is still a lot of work to do!
I plan to finish cleaning between Saturday and Sunday so that I can resume the masonry work next week.
The garden, in the current state of things, is in these conditions...
Now that the summer has arrived, the works to be completed in order are: the closure of the shed, the laying of the artificial turf in the missing part and the creation of the vegetable garden.
In the part of the garden, the side wall of two or three bricks must be raised and the maxi flowerbed that will contain the plantation must be built; I'm also thinking, in the future, of closing everything like a greenhouse.
As for the products to be planted, I thought of putting tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and some strawberries; we already have an apple tree in the garden, some lemon trees, an orange tree, a mandarin and a sour apple, apart from the latter, all the others have always borne fruit in the two years we lived in this splendid house; I also want to plant a white fig tree somewhere.
It's my favorite fruit, I could eat tons of it!
Now I'll give you a quick photographic rundown of our outdoor space, it's about 600 square meters large.
Here you can see the tiled part, to be clear, the one where there is a barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
This is our gazebo the dimensions are 5 meters by 5, in the future I will add, on the side of the wall, a gas hob with four burners and a small worktop.
This is what's inside the gazebo. The wall I was talking about before is the one at the end, on the other hand there's only that eh eh!
Here you can see the zone that I define as relaxation even if, in reality, one relaxes in the whole garden; we made the cement screeds with my father and we also installed the synthetic grass part; in the coming weeks I will also finish the lawn work, doing the side you will see in the next photo.
In the part to come we will put a small fountain that looks like a well in the centre, on the side of the wall a soccer goal, a foosball table and a table with two deck chairs and an umbrella.

The work must be concluded with the appropriate circle to be placed on the edge of the tub, I will buy it on Amazon from where I took this image; here you can see the object in question complete with tub:

This is our shed which, in addition to containing the tools, also houses the autoclave and the 1000-litre tank that you can see in the photo.
Finally, this is the space that will be used as a vegetable garden.
As the title suggests, I define this whole area as my oasis of peace; in addition to being a place in the house where we relax and we will relax with all the accessories that I intend to add in the future there is also the vegetable garden which, in my opinion, should not be underestimated, both because it will be able to give us excellent fruits and vegetables and because, always in my opinion, gardening has a truly healing power.
For me it's also a lot of fun to take care of this outdoor space, take care of it and improve it every day; I can practically combine a series of hobbies, that of gardening but also that of DIY as well as the various leisure activities that can be enjoyed in the various areas of the garden.

Anche questa settimana lavorativa si avvicina al termine, resta solo domani mattina e poi finalmente sarà weekend!
In questo fine settimana ho pensato di dedicarmi un pó al giardinaggio.
Ieri, come puoi vedere dalla foto che ho messo in copertina, abbiamo realizzato con mio padre un ripiano in marmo per il forno a legna e ho anche iniziato a pulire un po' il giardino estirpando le prime erbacce.
Il lavoro da fare è ancora tanto!
Conto tra sabato e domenica di terminare con le pulizie in modo da poter riprendere settimana prossima i lavori in muratura.
Il giardino, allo stato attuale delle cose, è in queste condizioni...
Ora che è arrivata la bella stagione i lavori da ultimare nell'ordine sono: la chiusura della capannina, la posa del prato sintetico nella parte mancante e la realizzazione dell'orto.
Nella parte dell'orto va alzato il muretto laterale di due o tre mattoni e va realizzata la maxi aiuola che conterrá la piantagione; sto anche pensando, in futuro, di chiudere il tutto a mo' di serra.
Per quel che riguarda i prodotti da piantare ho pensato di mettere pomodori, melanzane, zucchine e delle fragole; abbiamo già nel giardino un melo, degli alberi di limoni, un arancio, un mandarino e una anona, a parte quest'ultima, tutti gli altri hanno sempre dato frutti nei due anni vissuti in questa splendida casa; voglio anche piantare da qualche parte un albero di fichi bianchi.
E' il mio frutto preferito, potrei mangiarne quintali!
Ora Ti farò una veloce carrellata fotografica del nostro spazio esterno, è grande circa 600 mq.
Qui puoi vedere la parte piastrellata, per intenderci, quella dove c'è barbecue e forno a legna.
Questo è il nostro gazebo le dimensioni sono 5 metri per 5, in futuro aggiungerò, dalla parte del muro, un piano cottura a gas con quattro fornelli e un piccolo piano da lavoro.
Questo è quello che c'è all'interno del gazebo. Il muro di cui parlavo prima è quello in fondo, d'altronde c'è solo quello eh eh!
Qui puoi vedere la zona che io definisco del relax anche se, in realtà, ci si rilassa in tutto il giardino; abbiamo realizzato i massetti in cemento con mio padre e anche la parte in erba sintetica l'abbiamo istallata noi; nelle prossime settimane concluderò anche il lavoro del prato, facendo il lato che vedrai nella prossima foto.
Nella parte che verrà metteremo una piccola fontana dalle sembianze di pozzo al centro, dal lato del muro una porta di calcetto, il biliardino e un tavolino con due sedie sdraio e un ombrellone.

Questa è la nostra capannina che, oltre a contenere gli attrezzi, è anche alloggio dell'autoclave e della cisterna da 1000 litri che si vede in foto.
Per concludere questo è lo spazio che verrà adibito ad orto.
Come da titolo io definisco tutta questa zona la mia oasi di pace; oltre ad essere un luogo della casa dove ci rilassiamo e ci rilasseremo con tutto gli accessori che ho intenzione di aggiungere in futuro c'è anche l'orto che, a mio avviso, non va sottovalutato, sia perché ci potrà regalare ottimi frutti e ortaggi sia perché, sempre secondo me, il giardinaggio ha un potere davvero curativo.
Per me poi è anche molto divertente prendermi cura di questo spazio esterno, curarlo e migliorarlo ogni giorno; posso praticamente unire una serie di hobby, quello del giardinaggio ma anche quello del bricolage oltre ai vari svaghi che ci si possono concedere nelle varie aree del giardino.
