Firsteful when you arrive to Beyşehir city, turn right to Beyşehir city -Isparta city way before come downtown. You must see an amazing historic area. About 20 kilometers far away from Beyşehir city there is a great monument: called “Eflatunpınar”. İt is a Hittite monument/fountain. Yes it is monument and a fountain at the same time. İt is 3200 years old. Builded in Hittite history period.

After visiting this place, you can go downtown for having yatch/steamboat tour on beautiful Beyşehir lake. İt is not expensive and takes about one funny hour.👇
After the lake tour, you can take a walk lake coastline. There is a little island. You can pass there with a little bridge.👇
After this walking you must see the “Eşrefoğlu Mosque”. İt is very near from downtown. About 15 minutes by walk. İt is 800 years old structure. (Builded before Ottoman Empire period). İt is very old but strong historic place after the restoration.
This mosque’s specific side is inside’s wooden art. İnside wooden columns are very high and had great artwork with colors. This art is 800 years old too.
After this great historic place, you can see the “fasıllar monument” and “lucianus monument”. They are in Fasıllar village about 30 minutes far away by car.
This is “fasıllar monument”. İt builded in Hittite period too. (About 3.500 years old) it weight is 72 tons, and it lenght is 8,30 meters. İ mean, it is huge.👇
Very near to fasıllar monument, there is “Lucianus Monument”. İt is a rock tomb. İt has an artful hırse figure relief. Builded in Roman Empire period in Anatolia.👇
After visiting these nice places, you will be tired and feel hungry. You deserved a nice meal. There is a matchless freah fish restaurant in Beyşehir City. İt is “Yaka Monastery Restaurant” (Name is Yaka Monastery because it is an historic name. After hundreds of years there was a big monastery. The name came from this.)
This restaurant is on a slope of a green hill. İ recommend the beyşehir lake carp to you. İt is always very very fresh and delicious. You can eat Turkish Kebaps (adana kebap, urfa kebap, shish kebap) İf you want but my first choice is fresh fish.
Restaurant is in a green area and has matchless green&blue view. You can see the great Beyşehir Lake and forear view at sunset time during eating your food.👇
