The bible says,it's not sufficient just to pray.
We should not just pray for God to receive us,after praying we have to start doing the work that God wants us to do.if we pray and we don't move and follow God then,our prayers will be in vain.
Matthew 7verse 7 says:
Ask,and it shall be given unto you,seek and ye shall find,knock,and it shall be opened unto you.
A true Christian should not just pray,you have to employ actions ,you pray,act, then you knock.
It's not just suffient just to pray after praying you ask God for something important,lets take for instance a house.
You ask God I want to have a house it doesn't work that way you can't pray like that and except God to answer, you have to pray to God by asking God for a house because you want to live peacefully with your family.
After asking,go out to seek for money,opportunities,employer Go as far as you can.
God doesn't want us to be lazy or to be dependent on other people's work for ourselves we must eat our own bread according to the bible.so we have to follow this three words,ask,seek and knock and he will give us what we want as we seek,he will open doors of opportunity and he will give us the chance of living peacefully.
Therefore ,Ask and ask that is the teaching of the bible.
