Excellent article. Gates seizure of global public health policy has been quite remarkable. Your observation that this is essentially the formation of a dictatorship are spot on. However, I believe Gates is simply the front man for a much wider network which is intent upon changing the global social and economic model. In order to get us to accept their technocratic totalitarian rule, a second wave is pretty much assured. Whether this will be real or just another statistical psyop remains to be seen.
