Creativity And Innovation

Being a new participant here makes me kind of being inquisitive and worried in the sense that I was thinking of what and what to discuss or the ideas to come up with. During the course of running a little research on what to discuss and how to table my discussions, I discovered that you have to come up with something new and different but still same goal which brought me to what I am going to be discussing to today, which is creativity and innovations. The words almost mean the same thing but different but all heading at achieving something new which are results.

CREATIVITY: the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness.
"firms are keen to encourage more creativity"or Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others. There are reasons why people are pushed to be creative

1. When in a position to communicate ideas and values to something
2. The need to provide an escape or solutions in a given situations
3. The need for reading novels, newspapers
4. Being at your worst situations where all you need is just solutions or answer
5. A situation where you are only left with your thought alone and no one to helpout.
   looking at this image above speaks more of creativity, look at the child makes the picture to be superb, the boy wasn't even called to come and take a shot, he just bumped into them smiling to take pictures and look at the wonders the boy did to the image making it marvelous and the people behind including the couples too was happy looking at the child and the happiness makes it worth while, that is one hell of creativity for me when it comes to photography.
   When it comes creating a brand and making a name for your self in a competitive market, you have to be creative by bringing out something new, creating something different that would make your brand to standout among other brands. Creativity is all what brand is all about and it propels all what the brand has to offer.

5. Speaks volume
   

INNOVATION: The process of translating an idea or invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay.
Innovation is quite different from creativity in the sense that innovation is bringing together a new measures or ideas on how to improve on an already existing project. It's the continuity of what has been discovered or worked but for it improved standard version in order to serve better in a situation when it is getting obsolete.

What brought about this little discussion on this creativity and innovation is that we the steemitians need to adhere to the policy of being original by bring something new to avoid plagiarism and if at all you want to copy, you should give credit and also expatansiate more on the subject matter by adding more materials to it which I refer to as innovations.
