I believe that is a very low figure. Nearly everyone I know has a substance abuse disorder, especially if you also include marijuana. Throw in coffee, and you'd get close to 100%, in the US at least.

Most people probably think this sounds perfectly reasonable, and can't see that, should they ever want to peruse the banned information and manage to do so, they instantly become enemies of the very powerful state. I was an enemy of the state not long ago for a lifestyle choice, and everyone who had not chosen as I had considered me to be a domestic terrorist. We are all one and only one law away from prison, or worse.
