we recognise that failure is okay, and survival still possible.
This gets easier with age I have found. You truly cannot win if you are not in the game, and the game will throw curveballs that you miss. Sorry to be so trite, but it is very true. Take risks! However, at my age (and I am old), I don't mess with movement that is risky, as I do not want to be injured. Been there, done that many many times, enough to know better.
And you are hardly an old man.
