I support limiting their use, definitely. The power of a whale should not be stronger than the power of any member, and those large downvotes can wipe someone right out. A downvote should also come with loss to the downvoter, so they are not used so capriciously. Better yet, there should be no downvotes. That is putting weapons into every member's hands, but only the rich folks can do real damage, and they do. I'm so sorry it happened to you. Collateral damage no one seems to worry about in these parts. This gives Hive a very bad look, and the few times I've tried to entice someone here, when I explained the downvotes, they passed on joining.
