What is the difference between giving and paying? I don't have time to respond more fully today, but wanted to get this question down before it had flown from my mind forever, as more and more questions seem to do these days. I think many of them are understood so fully, at the moment of my asking, that I neither need to know what the answer is, or to ever ask the question again. Anyway so sorry will be back later I hope.
