ha. Back when no one picked up their dog shit, you mean? Those little bags were not even a thing, and we all left the crap on the ground as fertilizer. No one cared. Children learned how to not step in it, and to leave their footwear outside if they did. Now we care. Now we pass laws and regulations about shit this and shit that.
