Toothless the Brave went in for his post operation check up and blood test today.
He was very excited to go for a drive in the car and sat up looking out the window all the way through town.
When we arrived at the vet he almost jumped out the back and it was only quick thinking and even quicker reflexes that we managed to catch him before he face planted.
A quick piddle on the community post and he was ready to greet everyone in the office and smell all the smells. Which is one of his favorite things, smelling the smells.
The vet gave him a good check over and said he mouth is healing well. Off for a blood test and released into the wild, another piddle on the community post $200.00 for the vet and we were ready to hit the road.
After a fun jaunt around town in the car, he was ready to head home for a snack and a nap. A few hours later and the vet called up to say his bloods were all fine and he'd be ok to continue with his medication for three months without another visit.
So it's all good news for old Toothless and a big thank you to all those who've wished him well. :-)
