But one of its side effects is that it also promotes weight loss. I've heard it is safe for use, but that's why celebrities and the rich are buying most of what's available, and they are always out of stock. People will always want their cake and be able to eat it too. The rich are taking advantage of the latest technology, but for the rest of us, we will have to make do with discipline and hard work.
