The X-Files and TNG were definitely top shows of the 90s. I was not a big fan of Friends when it first ran or Seinfeld so much, but I was out socializing much more back then! Both are great though and still watchable today imo. Thanks for the trip back to the 90s.

Many times we forget that a body "contains" us and we only remember it when it hurts, whether due to accidents or illnesses. Prolonged pain over time affects us mentally, as you expressed. Hence, by receiving your treatments and experiencing physical improvement, you are also in a better mood and seeing things in a more positive way. I need a lot of encouragement to continue like this, thinking about the positive and striving to recover as soon as possible. A hug.
