It's interesting how 99% of people follow these "celebrities", whales, or whatever you call them when they say on Twitter that they have BOUGHT some crypto... and then, people rush to follow them and fill their bags...
Now, when whales are "secretly" buying, nobody follows, to be more exact, they are selling their coins cheap and again doing the same... filling the pockets of whales...
It looks that HODLing is the hardest thing to do... :)

The main thing is to try to do it as rarely as possible... As one of the commenters said, time management can help... Also, I'm using a daily TODO list and don't go to bed until I check them all... But, that can fail too :)
