Editor doesn't convert image links properly after moving to cdn.utopian

Expected behavior

Uploaded images through Utopian's editor should be displayed properly.

Actual behavior

Editor can not convert/render images if image files has space on their names.

How to reproduce

• Create a new contribution, https://utopian.io/write
• Try to upload an image, image file needs to be named with spaces. such as my image.png
• See the result if it's converting the name properly and displaying the image or not.

• Browser: Safari
• Operating system: MacOS High Sierra
