After My Birthday

Back to my normal activity, Friday was my birthday and I overindulged a lot, I ate too much. Now I want to get back to my normal day, I have started walking around some communities to relieve some of the heaviness I have after a day of partying.

De vuelta a mi actividad normal, el viernes fue mi cumpleaños y me excedí mucho, comí demasiado. Ahora quiero retomar mi día normal, he comenzado caminando por algunas comunidades para aliviar un poco la pesadez que tengo después de un día de farra.

Walking in the mornings by these sectors, reminds me of moments of my childhood, the upbringing in these sectors although they are humble houses, their neighborhood is made up of people of respect and with a great sense of coexistence and organization, walking through these streets are like postcards of villages. We see in their houses some multicolored, others denote the bricks and walls gnawed by time, located at the edge of the street with narrow sidewalks.

Caminar en las mañanas por estos sectores, me recuerdan momentos de mi niñez, la crianza en esos sectores a pesar de que son casas humildes, su vecindario está conformado por personas de respeto y con un gran sentido de convivencia y de organización, caminar por estas calles son como postales de pueblos. Vemos en sus casas algunas multicolores, otras denotan los ladrillos y paredes roídas por el tiempo, situadas a orillas de calle con estrechas aceras.

In the early hours of the morning you wake up with the songs of the gayos announcing the new day. Yes, you pass very early by their facades, you walk with the aroma of coffee that catches you in the distance. Its streets and parks, now remain quiet. They take advantage of Friday night for some celebrations and as dawn breaks, most of them get up late, to continue the next day. They usually do it when they finish their work and when the weekend arrives.

A primeras horas de las mañanas te despiertan con los cantos de los gayos anunciando el nuevo día. Sí, pasas muy tempranos por sus fachadas, vas caminando con el aroma del café que te atrapan a la distancia. Sus calles y parques, ahora permanecen quietos. Aprovechan el viernes en la noche para algunas celebraciones y como amanecen, la mayoría se levantan tarde, para luego continuar el día siguiente. Suelen hacerlo cuando terminan sus labores y cuando llega el fin de semana

I go through all these sectors to get to the transversal, buy some groceries and on the way back, I change the trail. The way back is a bit slower. This was my activity today: my tour and some shopping, to eat a soft poso. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.
