Appreciating that this Sunday is very cool, I tried to do some morning shopping, back to my house, I took a shower, I had breakfast to recharge energy, toast, avocado, boiled egg and accompanied with a cup of oatmeal, I changed to go more comfortable to my activities, It is always nice to be more sporty, although it may seem a lie the right clothes for exercise or walking, makes possible a good walk, it is good to go as pleasant as possible, especially to the park, just a cool shirt, which can perspire and comfortable shoes. With my clothes and my disposition, I can enjoy my stay in the park to the fullest.

Reseña De Mi Actividad

Apreciando, que este domingo está muy fresco, trate de hacer unas compras matutinas, de vuelta a mi casa, me di una ducha, desayune para recargar energías, pan tostado, aguacate, huevo sancochado y lo acompañe con una taza de avena, me cambie para ir más cómodo a mis actividades, siempre es grato ir más deportivo, aunque parezca mentira la ropa adecuada para hacer ejercicios o caminar, hace posible un buen paseo, es bueno ir lo más placentero posible, sobre todo al parque, basta una camiseta bien fresca, que pueda transpirar y unos zapatos bien cómodos. Ya con mi indumentaria y la disposición se disfruta al máximo la estadía en el parque.

Este Parque está ubicado en medio del corazón de una parroquia muy popular, en él se encuentran algunas edificaciones administrativas donde se imparten clase de secundaria, y también existe la administración de una universidad, Un parque que tiene mucha importancia para el sector, está en muy buenas condiciones, sobre todo porque llegaron las lluvias y esto que las plantas vuelvan renacer, y se sienta muy fresco, de verdad que es muy agradable caminar y encontrarse con la naturaleza, nos rejuvenece y sin duda no podemos negar que nos da bienestar y salud.
