Walking and Shopping

Friends, I would like to share my experience with you. It was my turn to go shopping, we needed some items for the home, my wife asked me for the company. For this I used my walking moment to mark my steps. In this way we went to El Sambil shopping mall. It has become a habit for my wife to walk all over the Sambil, and I do not refuse to walk with her all over the mall. She sees everything and stops everywhere. I try to please her, but I hurry her to buy quickly, because I plan my time in the morning, and in the afternoon I go back to my walking tour with more calm and relaxed. This way I finish my activity.

Caminata y Compras

Amigos, les comparto mi experiencia. Me tocó ir de compras, necesitábamos algunos artículos para el hogar, mi esposa me pidió la compañía. Para ello he utilizado mi momento de caminata para marcar mis pasos. De esta forma nos fuimos al centro comercial El Sambil. Ya es costumbre que mi esposa recorre todo el Sambil, y yo no me niego a pasear con ella todo el centro comercial. Ella ve todo y se para en todos lados. Yo trato de complacerla, pero la apuro para que compre rápido, porque yo panifico mi tiempo de la mañana, ya en la tarde vuelvo a hacer mi recorrido de caminata con más calma y relajado. De esta forma termino mi actividad.

For me shopping is very healthy, if we take the activity in a fun way, it becomes an exercise with less impact and if we apply the up and down stairs, then shopping becomes a daily physical activity and beneficial to our health, which is why when I do not go to the park to walk, my activity is focused on daily morning shopping.

Para mí, ir de compras es muy saludable, si la actividad la tomamos de una forma divertida, se convierte en un ejercicio con menos impacto y si aplicamos el subir y bajar escaleras, entonces salir de compras se convierte en una actividad física diaria y beneficiosa para nuestra salud, es por ello que cuando no voy al parque a caminar, mi actividad se centra en compras matutinas diariamente.

I was able to document part of my activity, in the mall, I stopped to take pictures wherever my wife passed by: flowers and shelves of silverware, mugs, and cleaning supplies. The walk became an experience because the place has many aisles, where it invites the customer to observe in detail each object exhibited and always the area of imitation of nature stands out for its flowers and traps us in that country space where the imagination is allowed to fly. For my wife it is a pleasant moment; however. When I manage to escape, I enjoy the gentlemen's department store, until she calls me to pay.

Pude documentar parte de mi actividad, en el centro comercial, me detuve a tomar imágenes por donde mi esposa pasaba: flores y estantes de platería, tazas, y artículos de limpieza. La caminata se convirtió en toda una experiencia porque el lugar posee muchos pasillos, donde invita al cliente a observar con detalle cada objeto exhibido y siempre el área de imitación de la naturaleza sobresale por sus flores y nos atrapa en ese espacio campestre donde la imaginación se deja volar. Para mi esposa es un momento agradable; sin embargo. Cuando logro escapar, disfruto de la tienda de departamento de caballeros, hasta que me llama para pagar.
