Status.im has been blazing the trails so far and it will be me selling the Dapp short if I comment and use words like "promising", y'know?
But in everything so far and as far as I know, #EthStatus(status.im) has been the first to do a lot of things, now to be very clear though...
There is a difference in being the first and also perfecting such feats so let me start with a reminder on what is already known about status. (hence the Kobe quote. haha!!)

Status is building the tools and infrastructure for the advancement of a secure, private, and open web3.
a). Crypto wallet.
b). Instant messaging.
c). Web browser..
For instant messaging and networking on the go , Status could actually be very useful for online marketers where they can actually handle the social networking business.
Also another would be its web3 decentralized access allowing for unfiltered and un-monitored internet access.
With features like this and the fast growing Decentralized-Finance (De-Fi) institutions , I think Status will finally be blasted into the limelite (not that its not there already though)
That the #EthStatus team have been able to see and predict the future by strategically creating a solution for the coming revolution.
