Outward is an adventure Role playing game where you play as a human and the fun part is, the game and character is made to look real as close to a human as it can.

Meaning some features which apply in the real world apply in the game as well, which includes the character needing to replenish his strength and thus calls for him to eat and also in other to avoid starvation or the heat from desert base region, water will be needed to replenish his strength.

We have seen many other RPG but I think Outward, stands a little outside from them, as players won't be guided or directed by much NPC but rather players will have to make their own decisions as to are to advance forward and thus making the game a good open-world game to dive in.
