Cat's Eye • Monomad

I shot this tough guy last week in the high desert. The slits of his eyes are closed down due to the bright desert sun. Black and white cats make for good black and white photography. Don't you think?

His intense glare is still there in color and the green eyes and green background are quite complimentary.

I photographed the cat with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.
