I have been into baking a fluffy tube cake recently and today I baked a coffee flavored fluffy tube cake.
この頃シフォンケーキを作るのにハマっています。今日はコーヒー風味のシフォンケーキを作りました。
Just after taking out of the oven. オーブンから取り出した後すぐ。
It does not look too pretty but it means the cake is so fluffy!
見た目は良くないですが、とっても良く膨らみました！
When you cool down a fluffy tube cake, you turn the mold p side down for at least 3 hours.
シフォンケーキを冷ますときは、逆さまにして3時間は冷まします。
Then, it shrinks a bit.
そうするとちょっと縮みます。
it still does not look beautiful.
まだ見た目は良くないですね。
When it completely cooled down, you remove the cake from the mold with a table knife.
完全に冷めたらテーブルナイフでケーキを型から外します。
The depth of the cake is over 10 cm.
ケーキの高さは軽く10センチはあります。

Then, my sister asked me "Are coffee beans edible?"
その時、姉が「コーヒーの豆って食べられるん？」と。
WHAT!?!?!?
え～～～！？！？！？
I mixed ground coffee beans in the cake...
コーヒーの粉ケーキに入れちゃったよ・・・。
To tell you the truth, I don't drink coffee. I do not know much about coffee.
実は私、コーヒーは苦手なのです。なのでコーヒーのことはよくわかりません。
My sister told me it might upset your stomach.
姉はお腹によくないんじゃない？と。
So, I looked it up on the Internet.
そこでネットで調べてみました。
They say it is alright to eat the coffee beans.
ネットには、コーヒー豆は食べても大丈夫と書いてありました。
But my sister made a suspicious face and ate a piece of cake without saying it is good. (she usually say good or bad)
でも姉は疑いの目を向けたままケーキを食べて美味しいとも何も言ってくれませんでした。（普段は言ってくれるのに）
Therefore, I would like to ask you guys if it is OK to eat coffee beans or not.
そこでみなさんにコーヒー豆は食べても大丈夫かお聞きしたいと思います。

コーヒー豆って食べられるの？
