Please, let this not be where one road splits
Nor where two roads meet
And where two souls drift
Cause everything is happening so swift
The sound of our silence is deafening
We no longer hear the echo our heart is muttering
We are hung down and dangling on our own insecurities
We may not mean our words, but they carry mysteries
Your stare sometimes scares me.

I don't even want us to ever go back to how we use to be
Not because I don't wantnus back, but I want us better
But my mind cracks cause I'm scared so, I write this letter
Wondering if we ever grow past this
If this diverging road will meet again in bliss.

If on the path you took, it ever rains
Just know that the droplets are my tears expressing my pains
And if you see another road that splits,
Do well to choose well so one day we can meet.
