Hola amigos y amigas atletas de SWC Espero que esten muy bien, despues de un largo tiempo vuelvo a estar activo en esta comunidad y aqui les dejo un corto video del porque mi inactividad.

Hello friends and athlete friends from SWCI hope you are very well, after a long time I am active in this community again and here is a short video of why I was inactive.

Pronto volveré a subir post sobre este maravilloso deporte, mis avances en estos ultimos meses y mas rutinas!!

Soon I will post again about this wonderful sport, my progress in these last months and more routines!!

Espero poder pertenecer mucho mas tiempo en esta comunidad y sin mas nada que decir me despido.. Nos vemos en un proximo post.
