SpiderFoot automates common OSINT techniques and, according to their website, has over 100 data sources. Perform recon against IPs, domains, email addresses, and more. SpiderFoot performs passive and active reconnaissance, which can be enabled before running it against a target, so do not expect it to go unnoticed. It is essentially automating most of the opensource tools you're already using, but collecting the output into nice charts and reports.
SpiderFoot is great, it is available on github, it provides valuable information, but it also collects a lot of unnecessary data, so you still have to sort through the output and remove false positives. It saves plenty of time, but it also has to potential to alert your target to the fact that they're being watched. It should not be relied on entirely, but used as another tool in your tool box.
