It is, of course, to be expected that a people would lay their complaints before a sitting administration even if they had issues with the preceding one that were carried over. The case of our dear state, Imo, perhaps best captures this premise. Imolites have a lot of issues with the immediate past administration which were carried over into the current dispensation.
