I'm here again to leave a new trilho, today do the trilho aldeia da portela, this new adventure is special because its final destination is a small town in the southern mountains, this village is beautiful because it has houses that still retain their old structure and we can see what architecture was like in Portugal in ancient times! Also while we walk we pass through a space in the Sierra da Arrabida which gives us a beautiful view of the mountain!🚙🚙
Hola amigos! nuevamente paso por aqui para dejar un nuevo trilho, hoy realice el trilho aldeia da portela, esta nueva aventura es especial porque tiene como destino final un pequeño pueblo en las montañas del sur, esta aldea es bonita porque tiene casas que aun conservan su vieja estructura y podemos ver como era la arquitectura en Portugal en la antiguedad! tambien mientras caminamos pasamos por un espacio de la sierra da arrabida lo cual nos da una hermosa vista a la montaña!😮

To complete this little adventure I must follow the signs that tell me which places to cross along my journey, these signs are very interesting and their objective is that the people who do the trilhos do not end up getting lost! Para completar esta pequeña aventura debo seguir las señales que me indican a lo largo de mi trayecto en que sitios debo cruzar, estas señales son muy interesantes y cumplen como objetivo que las personas que hacen los trilhos no terminen perdiendose! por lo cual si mientras caminamos y vemos las señales es porque vamos por buen camino! la ruta tiene una extension de 1,5km por lo que es muy corta es buena para ejercitar tu cuerpo!🦾🧠
Walking through the mountain range gives me a lot of experience in learning about the fauna and flora of this extensive nature reserve, every time I do a trilho and photograph a new flora or animal, then I go to the bibliographic references and identify my photograph as this It has helped me learn many new things about my country! and it is that there are interesting transitions, for example there are small areas with floral plants that have insects that we only see in those areas, therefore the flora is a great insect attractant!😁😁
Caminar por la serra da arriba me deja mucha experiencia en cuanto aprendizaje de la fauna y flora de este extensa reserva natura, cada vez que realizo un trilho y fotografio alguna flora o animal nuevo, entonces me voy a las referencias bibliograficas e identifico mi fotografia esto me ha ayudado aprender muchas nuevas de mi pais! y es que existen transiciones interesantes por ejemplo hay pequeñas zonas con plantas florales que tienen insectos que solo los vemos en esas zonas por tanto la flora es un gran atrayente de insectos!🌄🐛🦟🦗

If you were wondering what is so special about this village, let me tell you a lot! Si te preguntabas que tienen esta aldea de especial dejame decirte que mucho! lei en internet que la (aldeia da portela) pertenece junto con dos aldeas mas a la COINA-VELHA, osea es uno de los pueblos mas antiguos de la region, este sitio alberga un gran interes historico porque tambien tiene una pequeña capilla muy antigua que se conserva aun intacta desde su construccion!🤔😮

It is surprising the amount of fruit trees that I get while doing my walk, among the most outstanding the medroño, and an immense amount of edible berries, let's say that a person who is interested in doing the trilho and only feeding on wild berries here without a doubt you will have no problem! xD I only recognize some but I also saw some blackberries😏😏
Es sorprendente la cantidad de arboles frutales que me consigo mientras realizaba mi caminata, entre los mas resaltantes el medroño, y una inmensa cantidad de bayas comestibles, digamos que una persona que tenga interes de hacer el trilho y solo alimentandose de bayas silvestre aqui sin duda no tendra ningun problema! xD yo solo reconozco algunas pero tambien vi unas moras😋😋

I am a fan of enjoying every meter of nature to the fullest, it is a very pleasant feeling when the mountain wind passes through your face and brings many natural aromas, of flowers, of the grass, sometimes when I see a beautiful landscape I just sit and I enjoy, I do not speak! I just stare and feel that a peace runs through my body! that I can never get anywhere else!😮😮
Soy fan de disfrutar al maximo cada metro de la naturaleza, es un sentimiento muy agradable cuando el viento de la montaña pasa por tu rostro y trae muchos aromas naturales, de flores, del cesped, aveces cuando veo un bonito paisaje simplemente me siento y los disfruto, no hablo! solo me quedo mirando y siento que en mi cuerpo recorre una paz! que nunca puedo conseguir en ningun otro lado!👥👣👣

Ya voy a mitad del camino y comienzo a subir por la montaña, el paisaje comienza a cambiar y la naturaleza me regala una vista espectacular de la sierra! recuerdo pasar por un pequeño rio donde vi muchisimas libelulas, y como siempre el agua atrae la vida en todos sus tamaños hay de todo para ver! si eres de aqui de Portugal no puedes perderte esta aventura!😮😮
