No existe un registro documentado de cuando se inicio la construccion de la iglesia pero se estima que fue en 1403 en el terreno de donde se habia destruido una mezquita! El primer maestro de obra que fue usado para la construccion de la iglesia fue un famoso frances de nombre (Charles Galter) de nacionalidad francesa y que se cree que llego al pais huyendo de la guerra de los 100años en 1505!! la catedral tiene diariamente sus servicios de peregrinacion misas, celebraciones! tan espectacular que los guias turisticos nos invitan a visitar la iglesia en misas solo para experimentar el sonido que producen los organos tocando dentro de la iglesia!😅😮

Tienes que estar loco si visitas Sevilla y no vas a la catedral, basicamente pagas unos 10 euros para entrar e incluye la visita a la torre de la giralda otro sitio especial para visitar que esta dentro de la catedral! dentro conseguiras los restos mortales de Cristobal Colombo y otros reyes importantes de España como por ejemplo Pedro I el cruel y Fernando III el santo! a diferencia de otras catedrales de gran tamaño es que esta siempre esta en remodelacion y transformacion la iglesia invierte mucho dinero para preservar este patrimonio!👳♂️👳♀️🤴👸

Fui en verano osea en el mes de agosto y no es facil xD Sevilla es muy caliente tanto en el dia como en la noche tiene unos 39 grados de promedio asi que te recomiendo visitar la catedral en la mañana cuando la temperatura esta mas baja ya que tienes que hacer una gran fila para entrar! es un sitio muy concurrido yo espere para entrar unos 20minutos y bueno era medio dia fue un poco caliente! tienes la opcion de comprar la entrada online sin esperar en una fila de personas! 🤑🤑
