Hello friends of HIVE, this Easter week there is that tradition of not eating meat! there are those who respect that tradition there are others who don't! The truth is that in order not to complicate things, I decided to organize a family dinner! Hola amigos de HIVE, en esta semana de pascua existe aquella tradicion de no comer carne! hay quienes respetan esa tradicion hay otros que no! lo cierto es que para no complicar las cosas decidi organizar una cena en familia! era nuestra tercera cena familiar y me encargue de organizar el plato xD soy muy bueno creando ceviches, acompañame en este post para compartir esta experiencia contigo!🦐🦐🦐🍤
I am not a good decorator so I divided tasks with my wife, she would be in charge of decorating the plates as well as the table, we bought a variety of cheeses that are typical of Portugal so that everyone could taste them as a "starter" dish, I was very nervous because in the other dinners my wife made all the dishes and I only helped! but here I have to do the complete work! and of course I don't compete with her because she is an excellent cook xD, although she always tells me that I cook well! xd😍😍
No soy buen decorador asi que reparti tareas con mi esposa, ella se encargaria de decorar los platos al igual que la mesa, compramos una variedad de quesos que son propios de Portugal para que todos pudieran degustarlos como plato de "entrada", estaba muy nervioso porque en las otras cenas mi esposa realizaba todos los platos y yo solo ayudaba! pero aqui me toco hacer el trabajo completo! y claro no compito con ella porque es una excelente cocinera xD, aunque ella siempre me dice que yo cocino bueno! xD🤣😅😅
As is the tradition here in Portugal, when we visit our families at Easter we give them some chocolate eggs! the first to arrive was my sister and her boyfriend! haha we were joking because we said that this was the "UN" dinner because at the table while we socialized we spoke in: German, Spanish, English, Portuguese! hahaha and there was a variety of nationalities at the table xD, I set dinner for 8:00 p.m. so we were ready to put the first dishes!😅😆😆
Como es la tradicion aqui en Portugal, cuando visitamos a nuestras familias en pascua les obsequiamos unos huevos de chocolates! los primeros en llegar fue mi hermana y su novio! haha estabamos bromeando porque deciamos que esta era la cena de la "ONU" porque en la mesa mientras socializabamos hablabamos en: aleman, español, ingles, portugues! hahaha y es que habia una variedad de nacionalidades dentro de la mesa xD, marque la cena para las 20 horas asi que estabamos listo para colocar los primeros platos!🧂🍞🧈🧇🧀🧀🧀
My sister has grown so fast! Yesterday she remembered her as a very small girl to whom she changed her diapers, since she took more than 10 years, she is half Venezuelan and half Portuguese! she was born in Venezuela when my parents emigrated! Her boyfriend is German, and well, when I found out that she was going out with someone, I had to let go of my jealousy! xD and enjoy her company to the fullest with her partner! Despite being very young, I wish you all the success in the world! I like the boy very much, he is a great person!🤩🤩
Mi hermana ha crecido tan rapido! ayer la recordaba como una niña muy pequeña a la que le cambiaba los pañales, ya que le llevo mas de 10 años, ella es mitad Venezolana y mitad Portuguesa! ella nacio en Venezuela cuando mis padres emigraron! el novio de ella es aleman, y bueno cuando me entere que salia con alguien tuve que dejar mis celos! xD y disfrutar al maximo la compañia de ella con su pareja! apesar de ser muy jovenes les deseo todo el exito del mundo! el chico me cae muy bien es una gran persona! 😅😅
Everyone has great expectations when they come to dinner at our house, xD we always try to give the best possible experience! that's why for today there are 4 types of cheeses with some sauces! there is cheese from the center of Portugal, from the north, from the islands, a mix between cow and goat! there is ripened cheese and of course Venezuelan cheese! I liked all of them except the matured cheese, you have to have a very exquisite palate for it! xd😎😎
Todos tienen grandes expectativas cuando vienen a cenar en nuestra casa, xD tratamos siempre de dar la mejor experiencia posible! por eso para hoy hay 4 tipos de quesos con algunas salsas! hay queso del centro de Portugal, del norte, de las islas, una mezcla entre vaca y cabra! hay queso madurado y por supuesto queso Venezolano! me gustaron todos menos el queso madurado, hay que tener un paladar muy exquisito para el! xD😄😄
Tasty!! also accompany the cheeses with various types of bread and toast! along with pumpkin jam and guava jam! It was toast time with a sparkling wine!🥂🥂
Sabroso!! ademas acompañe los quesos con varios tipos de panes y tostadas! junto con mermelada de calabaza y mermelada de guayaba! era hora del brindis con un espumante!🍾🍷🍷
It was time to serve my 5 star dish! hehe it is a Peruvian ceviche that I call "tropical" it is a mixture of passion fruit with lemon, salt, pepper, then it is mixed with peppers of various colors, cilantro, I also add sweet potato to give texture, then I use shrimp as protein Since not all the guests eat shrimp, I made others with swordfish, and for my vegetarian sister I used broccoli! my wife had the idea to buy me some edible flowers to decorate the plate! and wow it was beautiful! in short everyone enjoyed and praised my food! it was an event!😘😘
Era hora de servir mi plato 5 estrellas! hehe se trata de un ceviche peruano al que llamo "tropical" es una mezcla de maracuya con limon, sal, pimienta, luego se mezcla con pimentos de varios colores, cilantro, tambien le coloco batata dulce para dar textura, luego como proteina utilizo camaron, como no todos los convidados comen camarones realice otros con pez espada, y para mi hermana vegetariana use brocoli! mi esposa tuvo la idea de comprarme unas flores comestibles para decorar el plato! y vaya que quedo hermoso! en fin todos disfrutaron y elogiaron mi comida! fue un suceso!💯😍😍
