The epithelial cells of the oral mucosa are not saliva but the cells that line the inside of the mouth. The oral epithelium is the tissue formed by several layers of cells joined together, which cover the free surface of the mouth, and constitute the internal lining of the cavities. Their collection is simple and they have the genetic information of the person.🤔😮

PROCESSING AND ASSEMBLY👨‍🏫👨‍🎓👀

IMG_20210429_092713.jpg

This technique is very simple and is used to observe a eukaryotic cell, with this experiment we can see the cytoplasm, the nucleus and the cell membrane! the first step is to take a swab and rub it between the cheeks under the tongue preferably! If you do it in the morning before brushing your teeth, you will have a higher bacterial load!😶😶

once we pass the swab in the mouth we are going to rub it through the object holder to fix our saliva! then we are going to place a few drops of water and finally we are going to place the cover object on it! If the water is spilled, we will dry it very carefully with a napkin! then we will place our sample in the microscope and begin observing with the largest objective (40x) and we will increase the magnification!😏😏

OBSERVATION👨‍🏫👨‍🎓👀

IMG_20210429_090853.jpg

With a magnification of between 60x to 100x we can observe the cell phones! they should look like this, at first glance they are irregular cells without symmetry! but if we give an even greater view we can observe the beautiful details of a eukaryotic cell that I will explain to you below!💥💥

CELL NUCLEUS👨‍🏫👨‍🎓👀

gfh.jpg

The nucleus, surrounded by a nuclear envelope, is found only in eukaryotic cells, and is the location of most different types of nucleic acids. It can measure about 5 µm in diameter (than full prokaryotic cells). Inside we find all the genetic information of the cell in the form of DNA, which presents various organizations throughout cell life. The nucleus has chromosomes if it is in the division phase: mitosis, chromosomes are structures made up of DNA and proteins. When the cell is not in division, it is in INTERFACE, and no structure is observed under the light microscope, however, the interphase nucleus is working intensely.😏😏

PLASMA MEMBRANE👨‍🏫👨‍🎓👀

SDF.jpg

Plasma membrane, also called plasmalema, is formed by a double layer of lipids, in which several proteins are inserted. This membrane, which surrounds all cells, ensures the separation between the internal and external environments. Below, we will discover some of the main characteristics of this membrane and the role it plays in cells.😎😎

CYTOPLASM👨‍🏫👨‍🎓👀

KLÑ.jpg

Cytoplasm is a funny term. What do you mean "quote"? "Cyto" means "cell", "plasma" means "material", so it is the "material of the cell". So we must think of a cell as a large water balloon, and bits of fruit floating inside it. The cytoplasm would be the water in the balloon. It is slightly thicker than water, and it makes up most of the inside of cells. Now, inside the cell, inside that globe of water, there is a nucleus and other organelles such as mitochondria, lysosomes, the endoplasmic reticulum or other organelles with an unpronounceable name, but the cytoplasm is the ocean in which all these organelles float .🤔🤔

STRUCTURE👨‍🏫👨‍🎓👀

kljk.jpg

All living beings are made up of cells, which can be differentiated from one group to another. An animal and eukaryotic cell, or a seja, has a true nucleus and a set of membranes that increases to its compartmentalization. It has several components similar to plant, but different from the fact that it has lysosomes, absent from plants, and does not contain cell walls, plastids, glyoxysomes and vacuoles of cell suck, present in plants. Most of the vegetative cells do not have centrioles, which are only found in flagellate cells (male gametes - anterozoids).🐮🦝🐷🐗

I have a personal diary where I write down the most important things about each experiment I do! It may be crazy but if I discover something ... I have physical evidence that it was me! that is why it is important to keep records!👨‍🎓🔬😅
