In total we are 3 brothers, I am the oldest of all! we have totally different personalities but I identify a lot with Julieth who is the youngest of the three, I like to walk with her because we share many passions and hobbies including the adventurous spirit, we are both fans of any type of landscape, get involved with nature and love with a passion for animals! and it feels good when you have a brother with the same hobbies because when your partner is not available there is always a "space" for a brother!👸👸
En total somos 3 hermanos, yo soy el mayor de todos! tenemos personalidades totalmente diferentes pero yo me identifico mucho con Julieth que es la menor de los tres, me gusta pasear con ella porque compartimos muchas pasiones y hobbies incluyendo el espiritu aventurero, ambos somos fans de cualquier tipo de paisaje, compenetrarnos con la naturaleza y amar con pasion a los animales! y se siente bien cuando tienes un hermano con los mismos pasatiempos porque cuando tu pareja no esta disponible siempre hay un "espacio" para un hermano!😋😋😍
At this point in winter it is very cold, today it is about 8 degrees! but when there is sun the temperature rises to about 14 and when we exercise we can feel a thermal sensation of 30 xD and we sweat so much that we feel hot...Who would say hot at this height of winter! but hey, this is Portugal, a country with a great climate! I told Julieth that I had prepared a surprise for her. We were going to make a "trail" until we reached the top of the arrabida, which is almost 700 meters high. Hahaha I don't know if we were in physical condition because it had been a long time without doing activities with strong demands!😮🤩😅
En estas alturas de invierno esta muy frio, hoy esta haciendo unos 8 grados! pero cuando hay sol la temperatura sube a unos 14 y cuando hacemos ejercicios podemos sentir una sensacion terminca de 30 xD y sudamos tanto que sentimos calor...Quien diria calor en esta altura de invierno! pero bueno asi es Portugal un pais con un clima buenisimo! le dije a Julieth que le tenia preparada una sorpresa ibamos hacer un "sendero" hasta llegar a la cima de la arrabida que son unos casi unos 700mts de altura. Jajaja no se si estabamos en condiciones fisicas porque ya habia pasado mucho tiempo sin hacer actividades de exigencias fuertes!😂😂🌍🧗♂️
It is not the first time that I do this trail so I have a lot of experience climbing the mountain, there are some heights of the walk where we must climb vertically and that is where the most demanding part of the rest are paths between the forest of the mountains, in total we did about 12km, we thought we would be more tired but since we were going at a slow pace we could rest along the way and enjoy some beers xD🍻🍺
No es primera vez que realizo este sendero asi que tengo mucha experiencia escalando la montaña, hay unas alturas de la caminata donde debemos subir en vertical y alli es donde esta la parte mas exigente de resto son caminos entre el bosque de la sierra, en total hicimos unos 12km, pensabamos que estariamos mas cansados pero como ibamos a un ritmo lento podiamos descansar en el camino y disfrutar de algunas cervezas xD🍘🍙🍛🍜

Hahaha it gives to see clearly how the sun did not even open my eyes, in this photo the path begins inside the mountain behind me there is a very starry path where we are going to go up between an irregular floor full of slippery stones, xD with lucky I didn't fall on the way! Julieth fell once xD, it's so frustrating that when we are about 300 meters high the vegetation is so dense that you have to go through meters and meters of bushes with thorns, and since I'm tall I have to make the way with my body " curved" and this generates pain in the back, nature does not forgive! XD🤔😮
Hahaha da para ver claramente como el sol no dejaba ni abrir los ojos, en esta foto se comienza el sendero dentro de la montaña detras de mi hay un camito muy estrello donde vamos a ir subiendo entre un suelo irregular lleno de piedras resbaladizas, xD con suerte no me cai en el camino! Julieth se cayo una vez xD, es tan frustrante que cuando estamos como a unos 300 metros de altura la vegetacion es tan densa que tienes que pasar por metros y metros de arbustos con espinas, y como soy alto debo hacer el camino con mi cuerpo "encurvado" y esto genera dolor en la espalda, la naturaleza no perdona! xD🤣👀🦿🦾

Da para ver claramente en la cara de julieth que ya estaba comenzando a sudar! xD le dije que si llegabamos a mitad de camino ibamos a descansar unos 15minutos y celebrar con unas cervezas y comeriamos algunos postres como recompensa! xD, creo que trataba de usar un poco de sicologia barata xD, a esta altura estabamos casi a mitad de camino diria que habiamos subido unos 3km🤔😅😅

Ya estabamos en la parte dificil donde teniamos que escalar algunos metros en vertical, me sorprendio la destreza de Julieth escalo bastante bien y rapido! creo que en estas situaciones lo mejor es no pensarselo dos veces antes de dar un paso! 😍😍

As I promised Julieth we arrived halfway there were about 3km more or less to reach the top of the mountain, the rest of the way is easier to climb but we must pay close attention to the trees and the undergrowth because if you are careless ... POOFFF you are left without a head xD🤩🤩
Como le prometi a Julieth llegamos a mitad de camino faltaban unos 3km mas o menos hasta llegar a la cima de la montaña, lo que resta de camino es mas facil para subir pero debemos prestar mucha atencion con los arboles y la maleza porque si te descuidas... POOFFF quedas sin testa xD😮😮
It is very relaxing to do these trails because you have a moment to socialize and get to know your family better, I asked them about their future, how their work was going, what their plans were for this year! and as an older brother I gave him some advice! she is like a daughter to me, I was 14 years old when she was a baby xD so I changed many diapers xD🥰👶👧
Es muy relajante hacer estos senderos porque tienes un momento para socializar y conocer mas a tu familia, le pregunte sobre su futuro, como le iba en el trabajo, cuales eran sus planes para este años! y como hermano mayor le di unos consejos! ella es como una hija para mi, tenia yo 14 años cuando ella era bebe xD asi que le cambie muchos pañales xD💖💖

And we have achieved it, we reached the end of the mountain, this is the highest point of the mountain range and it is one of the most difficult trails there is! some adventurers do 22km in one day! but since it was an outing to share between brothers, it seemed more relaxing to do half the way! the view is beautiful because we can see the entire atlantic, and the center of the city!💥💥
Y lo hemos conseguido llegamos al final de la montaña, este es el punto mas alto de la sierra y es uno de los trilhos mas dificiles que hay! algunos aventureros hacen 22km en un dia! pero como era una salida para compartir entre hermanos me parecio mas relajante hacer la mitad del camino! la vista es hermosa porque podemos ver todo el atlantico, y el centro de la ciudad!💯💯
It took us 2 hours to do the 12km it was time to get back in the car but as I always say the mountain never gives up and going back down is more difficult because your field of vision is smaller, but we went down without any problem!💥💥
