It is time to increase the intensity of my walks through the mountains, today select this route called ALTO DO FORMOSINHO, it is here in Portugal and it is located about 30km from the south of Lisbon specifically in the protected area of Arrabida! a route of 8 kilometers and with a high level of intensity that requires about 4 hours of hiking and climbing! all to embrace the sky on the great mountain peak of Formosinho! We made about 4 stops in total to hydrate ourselves and eat something like that, we contributed a lot of calories since we were spending a lot, it is not the same to take a walk in a straight line or down a mountain that demands a lot from your body! also had to enjoy the beautiful scenery and take some macros!😏😏

We arrive, I would say, a third of my route more or less about 3km and we found a small town with some vacation homes, I know that this area is very expensive because the houses are very large and they all have a view of the Atlantic ocean that is why they are not acquired by anyone! xD then we saw the map and we should go through the road to take an alternative path!😍😍
Chegamos, eu diria, um terço do meu percurso mais ou menos uns 3km e encontramos uma pequena cidade com algumas casas de veraneio, sei que essa área é muito cara porque as casas são muito grandes e todas têm vista para o mar. Oceano Atlântico é por isso que não são adquiridos por ninguém! xD então vimos o mapa e deveríamos seguir pela estrada para tomar um caminho alternativo!😘😘

We are halfway there and here things get complicated because we have to go through very thorny bushes, ravines and some climbs, here nature would put us to the test, to indicate that we are doing well, the road users leave us some azure and stone marks on the road!😍😍
Já estamos a meio caminho e aqui as coisas complicam-se porque temos que passar por arbustos muito espinhosos, desfiladeiros e algumas subidas, aqui a natureza nos colocava à prova, para indicar que estamos a fazer bem, os utentes da estrada deixam-nos um pouco de azul e pedra marcas na estrada!🙂🙂

It caught my attention that this mountain has many different ecosystems and therefore I knew that I would find a lot of biodiversity, I could see some rabbits and many lizards, butterflies of many colors! we felt the change in humidity and temperature when we were surrounded by trees!🌵🌼🌷🌾🍀
Me chamou a atenção que essa montanha tem muitos ecossistemas diferentes e por isso eu sabia que iria encontrar muita biodiversidade, pude ver alguns coelhos e muitos lagartos, borboletas de muitas cores! sentimos a mudança de umidade e temperatura quando estávamos cercados por árvores!😮🤔
At this point we were passing through a spectacular forest, we felt a great difference in temperature and we knew that we were 2km away to reach the end of our adventure! but here there were also difficulties, many paths to get lost so we had to leave marks!🙄😶
