Hello @amayphin, nice to greet you, on my farm I compost outdoors, in an aerobic environment, because there the bad smells are carried by the wind, in addition to vegetables I also use manure. But here at home I compost in a closed container, that is, in an anaerobic environment without oxygen, and after 10 days I leave it in the open air, that is, aerobic with oxygen, where the process will end. This system is ideal because odors are controlled through a biofilter, which is a second container that will be filled with water, joined to the main container with a hose that will serve as a breather.
