And so how do you create change? I really appreciate your clarification on it and the work that you're going to do. Working from lived experience is probably the most powerful thing you can do because you speak from passion and you speak from the heart. And so I'm just really excited to see the changes that are going to come from this.
And you're turning a mess into a message, which is powerful stuff. And, you know, I'm privileged and honored to be one of the 800 that you responded to when you first got out. Quite frankly, I wasn't expecting anything.
Oh, great. Throw me under the bus, Heather. Same.
Oh, shoot. Sorry. There's people sitting here.
I'm going to try not to cry out, but what I will say is I did hear another message that went unread. And so I scheduled a- I had a Doxify appointment the other day, and I thought of you because it was like- Oh, by the way, that was yesterday for me, by the way. Just happy to report we're back.
We're so back. The diva is back. All right, cool.
So I'm just- yeah, I had mine on Thursday or Friday. And so I thought of you as I was like, oh, he gets to do this now, you know, because I'm not going to lie on a superficial level. You know, you and I have talked so much about beauty things and whatnot.
I was just like, George is going to like- seven years without this stuff for him? Like, that's a punishment in and of itself. Can you imagine the face that would walk out of there that only a mother could ever love? But anyway, George, I know you got a lot of people up here, but I just wanted- I'm so pumped for you. I'm so happy for you.
And I do want to- and I do want your input, Heather. I'm making this invite here. I do want your input on this prison reform journey of mine because you have lived the receiving end of the hurt of a prisoner.
