关于消防安全店里每个月都会进行学习，不断加强巩固。听通知以前的消防检查基本就是带着相关领导进行巡检，但是以后可能就是直接的“实战演练”，直接说明“火灾现场”后看灭火组是如何操作更加真实的拉练可以检查出来平时大家的拉练模拟情况，所以只有平时练习熟练才能正确快速准确的应对，只有这样才能保证人，财，物的安全，就像故事里讲得“狼来了，狼来了”如果真的来了我们也无所畏惧！a

进入教室黑板上很醒目的写到“沟通 理解 信任 包容 支持”这些字也说明了家长们要多和孩子在一起互动，以及教育时遇到问题的解决方法。通过老师们的讲述中间也有互动问答，其中一点说到：“不要让5+2=0”！意思是说一周有5天在学校老师会帮助孩子改掉一些“不良习惯”，然后孩子过个周末两天再来学校本来改过来的“不良习惯”又重复出现！所以家长们平时的行为习惯或者不管不顾教育孩子，这点是最为影响的。q

今天下午影哥专门来的比较早，原因是给店里几位租房子的家人购买生活用品“冬季送温暖”，前几天伟哥专门安排影哥，超哥，震哥“家访”查看下店里兄弟姐妹在外边租房子环境而且打算给他们“添置”点物品，根据大家的实际情况准备的有棉被，电热毯，保暖衣，可以看出大哥们对我们的关注，关心，真真正正的当做一家人不止是工作的帮助更是生活上的关爱，有这样的大哥我们觉得很幸福！I

说起炖排骨，我也是自己摸索和听取老妈的建议包括上网搜索得来的经验。主材料是排骨，冬瓜，海带，在加强我决定的厨艺自然称得上是“美味佳肴”！说起来“做饭”自己也就是这两年喜欢上的，感觉很有意思，最初一些“酸甜苦辣咸”的食材让我改变的别有风味，再加上家人的支持和赞扬，让我的成就感爆棚！a

今天用班前会时间与晚班家人一起练习了队列，一方面是有几位新加入的家人他们的队列动作不是很标准，看到别的兄弟姐妹在班前会的动作和自己的相比，能看出他们自己都有些“尴尬”，为了起到统一标准；另一方面也是对其他老家人们的练习及检阅，提升大家的精，气，神，调整好状态，准备进入“工作模式”！l

今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！A
