Summer is here and with it begins the beach season.

Hello Black and White community, today I want to share with you some pictures I took at the riverside of my city. Summer is here and with it begins the beach season.

The Orinoco River begins its period of descent at this time of the year forming large beaches in front of the city and its main tourist boulevard. A place that receives tourists from all parts of the country who come to tour the riverbank and the small islands in front of the city.

Today I photographed these two young girls who were spending the afternoon enjoying the scenery, the birds catching fish in the water and the children running around in the sand.

One of them bought a lollipop and seemed to be enjoying it very much as she walked along the shore, her companion bought a pair of hats and wore them on top of each other.

I enjoyed photographing these tourists because they kept smiling and were really happy to be here on this warm beach on the Orinoco River. This beach is located in Ciudad Bolívar, north of Bolivar State in #Venezuela.
