¡Hola Comunidad Geek Zone! Es un placer para mí publicar por primera vez en esta comunidad. Soy Oriana y me encanta hacer muchas cosas, entre esas jugar Los Sims 4 que es mi videojuego favorito. Hoy decido iniciar una serie para compartir con ustedes acá en Hive y en esta comunidad: Rumbo a la fama.

Estoy jugando con un pack de expansión para Los Sims 4 que lleva ese mismo nombre: Rumbo a la fama y que permite que nuestros Sims puedan ser famosos y tener profesiones en el campo de la actuación y la moda, al igual que pueden ganar premios. Mi objetivo con esta serie es que mi protagonista (quien están a punto de conocer) pueda convertirse en una celebridad total, una celebridad de 5 estrellas que es la mayor categoría del juego en cuanto a famosos.

Me emociona mucho compartir esta historia con ustedes en Hive porque tengo muchas ideas para esta serie y espero que la disfruten conmigo.

Hello Geek Zone Community! It's a pleasure for me to post for the first time in this community. I'm Oriana and I love to do many things, among them playing The Sims 4 which is my favorite video game. Today I decided to start a series to share with you here on Hive and in this community: On the Road to Fame.

I'm playing with an expansion pack for The Sims 4 that has the same name: Road to Fame, which allows our Sims to be famous and have professions in the field of acting and fashion, as well as win awards. My goal with this series is that my main character (who you are about to meet) can become a total celebrity, a 5-star celebrity which is the highest celebrity category in the game.

I am very excited to share this story with you at Hive because I have a lot of ideas for this series and I hope you enjoy it with me.

Nuestra Protagonista | Our Main Character

Conozcan a Denali Singh, una chica proveniente de India que llega a Del Sol Valley (El mundo de los famosos en Los Sims 4) con el sueño de convertirse en una actriz, cantante, modelo e influencer famosa y adinerada. En contra de la voluntad de sus padres, Denali partió de casa a cumplir sus sueños porque cree que tiene mucho que ofrecer.

Su nombre significa “Grandeza”, así que a esta chica le esperan grandes cosas en la vida.

Esta es Denali en cada uno de sus outfits:

Meet Denali Singh, a girl from India who arrives in Del Sol Valley (The World of Celebrities in The Sims 4) with the dream of becoming a famous and wealthy actress, singer, model and influencer. Against her parents' wishes, Denali left home to fulfill her dreams because she believes she has a lot to offer.

Her name means "Greatness", so great things are in store for this girl in life.

Como pueden ver, Denali es una mujer bellísima con un estilo muy elegante y sexy. Ahora conozcamos un poco de su personalidad:

As you can see, Denali is a beautiful woman with a very elegant and sexy style. Now let's get to know a little bit about her personality:

Tiene como aspiración: Celebridad Mundial, así que lo que más quiere en la vida es ser famosa y lo hará cueste lo que cueste. Por otro lado, sus rasgos son: Ambiciosa, Creativa y Egocéntrica. Así que esta chica siempre consigue lo que quiere, lo cual a veces puede jugarle en contra ya que ser egocéntrica puede alejar a la gente a su alrededor.

Her aspiration is: World Celebrity, so what she wants most in life is to be famous and she will do it whatever it takes. On the other hand, her traits are: Ambitious, Creative and Egocentric. So this girl always gets what she wants, which can sometimes work against her as being self-centered can alienate people around her.

Denali llegó a Del Sol Valley porque una vieja amiga de la infancia llamada Venessa Jeong está trabajando como actriz aquí también y le rentó una habitación en su casa. Esta es Venessa:

Denali came to Del Sol Valley because an old childhood friend named Venessa Jeong is working as an actress here as well and rented her a room in her house. This is Venessa:

Capítulo 1: Llegando a Del Sol Valley | Arriving to Del Sol Valley

Este capítulo comienza con la llegada de Denali a Del Sol Valley a perseguir sus sueños. Lo primero que hicimos fue unirnos a la profesión de actriz:

This chapter begins with Denali's arrival in Del Sol Valley to pursue her dreams. The first thing we did was join the acting profession:

Luego de eso tuvimos que unirnos a una agencia para actores. El juego nos dio dos opciones: Miembro de Extras para Todo y Miembro de la Agencia de talentos I.A. Decidí optar por la primera opción porque prometía menos horas de trabajo y así podemos dedicar más tiempo a hacer amigos y disfrutar de la vida.

También consultamos audiciones disponibles y decidimos audicionar para un comercial de VaciBop (que al parecer es un video musical pero no estoy muy segura jajajaja). Nos pide tener el nivel 2 en la habilidad de Ejercicio físico así que tenemos pendiente hacer ejercicio.

¿Hacer ejercicio en mi casa? No ¿Hacer ejercicio en Los Sims? Excelente jajajaja.

After that we had to join an agency for actors. The game gave us two options: Extras for Everything Member and Talent Agency Member I.A. I decided to go with the first option because it promised less work hours and so we can spend more time making friends and enjoying life.

We also consulted available auditions and decided to audition for a VaciBop commercial (which apparently is a music video but I'm not too sure hahahaha). It asks us to have level 2 in the Physical Exercise skill so we have yet to work out.

Exercise at home? No Exercise in The Sims? Excellent hahahaha.

Luego de apuntarnos para la audición nos pusimos a practicar actuación en el espejo para subir de nivel en esta habilidad. Pero mientras estábamos practicando actuación pasó algo bastante curioso, Venessa nuestra compañera de casa entró al cuarto con esta expresión en su rostro:

After signing up for the audition we started practicing acting in the mirror to level up in this skill. But while we were practicing acting something rather curious happened, Venessa our housemate came into the room with this expression on her face:

Denali simplemente la ignoró y siguió practicando actuación, pero esa mirada puede significar muchas cosas. Algo me dice que Venessa no está feliz de que su “amiga” se haya mudado a Del Sol Valley para hacer lo mismo que ella. La verdad es que la amistad de ellas siempre ha sido extraña y plagada de toxicidad, pero Venessa aun así quiso ayudarla.

¿Será que en esta convivencia juntas arreglarán las cosas y fortalecerán su amistad? ¿O será que la amistad se quebrará por completo? Aún no lo sé, pero la historia lo irá diciendo.

Después de este momento incómodo comieron juntas un asado a la parrilla que preparó Venessa (quien podemos ver que ya es algo famosa), pero luego se pusieron a conversar y Denali comenzó a buscar halagos como siempre lo hace. Venessa ya está acostumbrada así que no se molestó, pero esta actitud es algo fastidiosa.

Denali just ignored her and continued practicing acting, but that look could mean a lot of things. Something tells me that Venessa is not happy that her "friend" moved to Del Sol Valley to do the same thing she did. The truth is that their friendship has always been strange and riddled with toxicity, but Venessa still wanted to help her.

Will they work things out together and strengthen their friendship, or will the friendship break down completely? I don't know yet, but the story will tell.

After this awkward moment they ate together a barbecue prepared by Venessa (who we can see is already a bit famous), but then they started talking and Denali started looking for compliments as she always does. Venessa is already used to it so she didn't get upset, but this attitude is kind of annoying.

Luego decidieron salir a un club nocturno para pasar el rato y celebrar la llegada de Denali a la ciudad. Y allí pasó lo inesperado:

Then they decided to go out to a nightclub to hang out and celebrate Denali's arrival in town. And there the unexpected happened:

Justo cuando Denali se disponía a pedir un trago vio a un sim que podría jurar que era el amor de su vida de lo atractivo que era, y es que ¡Era el gran artista Thorne Bailey a quien ella admiraba tanto!

Pero hay dos problemas principales: Thorne es una celebridad total, por lo que es bastante difícil presentarse con él (Lo intentamos bastantes veces y aunque nos dio un autógrafo y una foto no se interesó en conocer a Denali) y además si no me equivoco está casado. Pero aún así pudimos obtener su autógrafo y tomarnos una foto con él.

Just as Denali was about to order a drink she saw a sim that she could swear was the love of her life because of how attractive he was, and it was the great artist Thorne Bailey whom she admired so much!

But there are two main problems: Thorne is a total celebrity, so it's quite difficult to introduce ourselves to him (We tried quite a few times and although he gave us an autograph and a picture he wasn't interested in meeting Denali) and also if I'm not mistaken he is married. But we were still able to get his autograph and take a picture with him.

Igual Denali sigue super encaprichada con él (Y ¿quién no? Si es hermoso jajajaja) e intentará conseguirlo de nuevo para intentar presentarse y ¿quién sabe? Tal vez iniciar una bonita “amistad”. Es cierto que salir con un hombre casado está mal, pero recuerden que Denali es una mujer extremadamente egocéntrica así que no le importa nadie más que ella misma y tomando eso en cuenta voy a seguir la historia.

En esta historia Denali hará muchas cosas moralmente cuestionables, pero es su historia y tendrá que aprender de sus errores.

Maybe Denali is still super infatuated with him (And who isn't? He's beautiful hahahaha) and will try to get him again to try to introduce himself and who knows? Maybe start a nice "friendship". It's true that dating a married man is wrong, but remember that Denali is an extremely self-centered woman so she doesn't care about anyone but herself and taking that into account I'm going to follow the story.

In this story Denali will do a lot of morally questionable things, but it is her story and she will have to learn from her mistakes.

Después de este encuentro de ensueño nos fuimos a casa a dormir, ya que mañana debemos prepararnos para la gran audición que es el domingo.

After this dream meeting we went home to sleep, because tomorrow we have to prepare for the big audition on Sunday.

Y con eso termina este primer capítulo.

En el próximo capítulo quiero superar la audición, ir al trabajo por primera vez y comenzar a trabajar en las redes sociales de Denali que son super importantes para adquirir fama.
