A Comprehensive Guide on How to Write A Successful Business Plan
Hello beautiful people. Trust you are doing awesome today. Now a lot of people fail when it comes to writing a Business Plan. Most people when asked to bring a Business plan, you see them writing resume's or even CV's which is not meant to be so. Business plan can be written in various ways but today i'll like to give you a general view of what a business plan should be and look like from the first to the last step and i'll also give an example of mine.
Front Page
First of all, you need a cover or front page for your business plan. This will show your Company name or business name and your tag line. Incase you don't know what tag line means, its means what your company or busines stands for or is about.
Table of Content
The second thing you need for your business plan is the table of content. This involves the full information of what will appear in the business plan. This will require you to list them out and include numbering, that is, the number of page each topic contains.
Executive Summary
This is all about what your company or business is all about. It involves the name of the business once again, the area your business wants to operate in, types of products and services involved, your target market, that is, those you are selling to be it young, old, men, women and so on. Your vision, mission, purpose could also be included. Note that your Executive Summary should not be enormous, it should just be in one page and in a nutshell.
Operations
Here, you state how you are going to run your business and you also let how efficient you want the job done to be known. You let it be known how fast or slow your delivery will be and so on. You generally make your reader know how efficient your business or company is and how it will affect yout market.
Marketing Plan
Here, you will let your reader know how people will get to know about your business. Is it through word of mouth, or social media, or referrals or how? All these will be noted here.
Competition
In a nutshell here, you make us know the strenght and weakeness of other peeople involved in your line of business and let your reader know why yours is so different and should be patronized.
Financial Projection
This is your main part where you need to sell yourself. Let your reader know about your human resources if you will add additional staff, what you will pay, the skills you need them to have and also your supplies. Let your needed materials be made known, you can even list them out and give a specific amount needed to get those materials and run the business perfectly.
Contact Information
Lastly, you should include at the end of your business plan your Contact Information. This will include your own personal name, your email, phone number and address.

Financial Projection
Some of the materials needed include Industrial and Manual Sewing Machine, Generator, Pack of Needle and Thread, Scissors, Measuring Tape and Ruler, Tailor's Chalk, Electric Pressing Iron, Standing Fan, Refrigerator and others.
