So my account was verified at level 3, until Halloween. Suddenly I became “unverified”. The error being my personal information can’t be validated. Yet it hasn’t changed for the last 6 years. I opened a ticket for them to fix it but? Nothing, they’re talking it from the stance I should verify again which makes no sense. It’s not as if my ID expired?
Is Poloniex going under? Anyone have any clue?
