Today, I'll be joining this week's contest and answering the first question.
Statistically, women tend to be more spiritual than men. From whatever faith --protestant, catholic, Muslim, Buddhist, Wiccan, or other -- how did you it become your faith? What delights, insights and joys have you discovered?
Women are clearly more spiritual than men. My mum and sister in-law with their husbands are practical proofs. The women are dedicated while the men are not even "church goers".
Christianity has been my faith since birth, although I wasn't born into a complete Christian family. My dad is a Rosicrucian and my mum is a hardcore Christian.

Growing up, my dad did not allow my mum attend church but allowed us because (in his words) "that's a place to get connections" and only the children need those connections now. This didn't stop her from sneaking out with us to church and making us deeply rooted in Christ. For this, I cannot talk about my christian journey without my mother.
The gift of the holy spirit
When I first became born again and got baptized, it showed in my attitude, thoughts and actions but most importantly I had the gift of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I know some people may not believe in this because people fake it but mine was genuine. Talking and hearing from God was easy and his love was evident in me.
Another is the peace 🕊️ that follows being born again. There's this peace of mind I get whenever I pray that I don't get elsewhere.

Although I'm not a hardcore Christian like my mum, I believe in God the father, the son and the Holy Spirit and have experienced the joys of christianity. I'm not perfect, in fact I'm no where near, I go astray and commit sins but God has never left me. Whenever I fall, I pick myself up and Continue with the help of Jesus Christ and the blood he shed on calvary for us.
