Mendoza, Vino y Toneles [ESP/ENG]

Hoy les traigo el comienzo de mi viaje, en el cual voy a visitar Mendoza y una bodega de vinos.
Es mi primera vez tomando un vuelo low cost de Flybondi. Es b谩sicamente un bus con alas, pero cumple su trabajo. Mi vuelo es a las 6 a.m., llegando aproximadamente a las 8 a.m. Me pareci贸 s煤per interesante que en los alrededores del aeropuerto Plumerillo de Mendoza tengan uvas sembradas y que sean vendidas para hacer vino. 隆Es algo bastante 煤nico!
Luego de llegar exageradamente temprano a la ciudad de Mendoza, ya que ten铆a entrada a mi alojamiento a las 3 de la tarde, decidimos caminar por los alrededores y tomarnos algo. Nos dejaron entrar casi una hora y media antes, lo cual fue espectacular. Pude dormir una siesta porque, por lo temprano, no hab铆a dormido casi nada. Luego fuimos a la bodega Toneles, que est谩 en pleno coraz贸n de la ciudad de Mendoza.
Luego de entrar y ver lo hermoso que era la entrada entre los olivos, siembras de uvas y los contenedores de hormig贸n en forma de huevo, fuimos a nuestra visita guiada y probamos vinos. En mi caso, tom茅 vinos tintos Malbec. 隆Estaban espectaculares!
Tambi茅n probamos uno de los aceites de oliva y vimos que producen un tipo de aceite de oliva ultra premium que se produce de aceitunas de Arauco. Son bastante dif铆ciles de sembrar y bastante raras, y es uno de los mejores del mundo. Tambi茅n pude probar gin de la casa que estaba bastante bueno.
Adicionalmente, tienen una cafeter铆a que tiene unos dulces que se ven espectaculares.
Tambi茅n, la bodega tiene un restaurante llamado Abrasado, que est谩 compitiendo por una estrella Michelin con su especialidad en carnes maduradas. Pude ver un poco, pero se necesita reserva para poder quedarte en el mismo. Por falta de tiempo no pude, pero la pr贸xima vez voy a comer all铆 seguro.

Today I bring you the beginning of my journey, in which I will visit Mendoza and a wine cellar.
It鈥檚 my first time taking a low-cost flight with Flybondi. It鈥檚 basically a bus with wings, but it does the job. My flight is at 6 a.m., arriving at approximately 8 a.m. I found it super interesting that around the Plumerillo airport in Mendoza they have grapes planted and that they are sold to make wine. It鈥檚 quite unique!After arriving absurdly early in the city of Mendoza, since I had check-in at my accommodation at 3 in the afternoon, we decided to walk around and have a drink. They let us in almost an hour and a half early, which was spectacular. I was able to take a nap because, given the early hour, I hadn鈥檛 slept much. Then we went to the Toneles winery, which is in the heart of the city of Mendoza.
After entering and seeing how beautiful the entrance was, with olive trees, grapevines, and egg-shaped concrete containers, we went on our guided tour and tasted wines. In my case, I had Malbec red wines. They were spectacular!We also tried one of the olive oils and found out they produce an ultra-premium type of olive oil made from Arauco olives. These olives are quite difficult to grow and quite rare, and it鈥檚 one of the best in the world. I also got to try their house gin, which was quite good.
Additionally, they have a caf茅 with some spectacular-looking sweets.
The winery also has a restaurant called Abrasado, which is competing for a Michelin star with its specialty in aged meats. I got a glimpse, but you need a reservation to dine there. I couldn鈥檛 this time due to lack of time, but next time I will definitely eat there.
This is just the beginning of my journey. I will be sharing other parts, and at the end of the video, I鈥檒l show you images of what鈥檚 coming next.
