Clix, thanks very much for this video. I was abouto write post about this topic. Because I'm also faced the same challenge where two of my posts were downvoted that the posts we put to "low rating." Meamwhile I didn't copy neither did I use abusive or offensive words. So, I was asking what is going on, maybe some new changes has come that I'm not aware or what. I'm also doing my work as expected. I don't have any intension of downvoting anybody for fan or just to worry some Steemians. So, I followed those accounts & found out that some of the accounts remain dormant(inactive). So, I was again thinking twice, whether those account happen to be multiple accounts owned by someone or what. Because the same accounts which downvoted my post for the first one downvoted my post for the second time with no reason. So, I was thinking if there was something wrong with those posts. And I don't think I repeated the same mistake that led to the downvote the second time. Thanks very much for bringing this to the notice of Steem Blockchain.
