Coaches have specifications, some coaches are good but they didn't have what we call lucky. Some coaches are just scouters, they know good players but they don't know how to use them. Arsene Wenger is among the coach that didn't have luck, he knows how to scout players and knows how to use them but to win UEFA cups is a problem for him. He didn't have luck, he know how to manage players, but when he reach the final stage of the UEFA competitions, he is never lucky to win it and it is only when he win the UEFA cup that he would be able to win super cup or FIFA World club cup.
Upon how good Jorggen klopp is, he didn't have the luck to win many trophies. He is still trying at Liverpool, when he was at Germany, he didn't win much bundesliga because Bundesliga always belong to Bayern Munich, it was only when he first reached there he won Bundesliga back to back. Jorggen Klopp have always have obstacle, Bayern Munich is his obstacle at Germany and Manchester City is his obstacle at England. Although in Burussia Dortmund, they sell their good players to Bayern Munich and that is why Bayern Munich always dominate the German Bundesliga.
Burussia Dortmund value money while Bayern Munich value trophy. Burussia Dortmund is like Arsenal, the real Arsenal when Arsene Wenger was still managing the club, they build players and sell them out with huge amount of money and the player may come from the academy but once wenger train them well, good clubs would come and sell them but Arsenal has stopped now, they don't sell their players now but Bayern Munich never stop, they just sell Eling Haaland; the only best player that they have but they need money more than they need trophy.
