Painting is my meditation!
I am not by any means a artist but painting is my form of meditation. I have never took lessons nor do I paint in hopes of selling my work. I genuinely just love to throw some old clothes on and sling paint on to canvas or any medium. I discovered that a local discount store had canvas's cheap, so me being bored I bought the biggest one I could find, then I went to Home Depot and grabbed a bunch of discount mix up paint and got to work. Painting is something that is next to impossible to do wrong, You do not have to be a amazing artist to make a amazing painting, you can splash some paint on a canvas and get a cheap frame and viola its beautiful. So next time you feel bored or down and out, try and create something beautiful to cheer yourself up and snap out of that funk.
Now I did say I do not plan on selling my art but if I did choose to then it would be here on SteemMarket.com
