Another good day for lots of activity. But still work keeps the activity count high. Started off with some muscle toning in the morning then a slow jog in the evening by the beach.
Nice to witness the sun when it comes down the horizon. If only I whipped out my mobile camera to take a snapshot. But it was not too convenient at that time.
Later in the night is the usual sports action time. Tonight is the Events Highlight Show Wales Rally GB. Episode 61 FIA World Rally Champion WRC 2019. This I am not going to miss.
